Sleep Pattern Change

I noticed ever since I started working out daily, My sleep pattern change, instead of being able to sleep in the weekend for more hours, I now go to bed around 12 and wake up around 7:30 every day. and I'm sure most every one experience this ...more peeing. (because of weight loss)but I have to wake up around anywhere from 5-6 am to pee. so this whole weight loss thing has made my sleep pattern really wonky.

Any similarities and remedies?

    Yes. I work out at 330AM during the week because I hate the after work crowds...it's also harder to make excuses not to go when you work out so early. I try to sleep in during the weekends...but that might mean 630AM or 7AM at the latest. Even when I was on vacation, i found it impossible to sleep in past 7AM or so....one day I'll take a vacation where I literally do nothing but relax, and I'll try really hard to sleep in to like 9AM like the old days.
