40 min with Jillian or 33 on eliptical...LOL

WOW.. thats all I can say. that women will kill you if you let her.. Well in a good way. But I honestly think that its a WAY better work out than the eliptical and its free... anyone agree. or should I keep changing it up???? I currently do 33 min on the eliptical (415 cals burnt) or 40 min with jillian ( 2 differnt workouts, which is high impact aerobic) 530 roughly burnred. zumba twice a week and yoga weekly.??? any thoughts...

you want to keep changing it up.. your body and muscle shouldn't get use to one thing to help keep you from hitting a platuau

I would do 3 hrs on the elliptical before I ever workout with Jillian. I can not stand to listen to her...well I can't stand her on 30 day shred. But if that's an example of what the rest of her workouts are like I'll pass.0
