low calorie pizzadilla
i was craving a huge greasy slice of cheese pizza. mmmm new york pizza.
i have food at home though, and really didn't want to stop on the way home from work to get something.
1 tortilla (low carb for less calories)
2 tbsp marinara sauce
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp ricotta cheese
1/2 cup frozen spinach cooked and drained
oregano and garlic to season
put tortilla on skillet (spray with 0 cal canola spray or can use butter), put sauce on tortilla. sprinkle with cheese. as cheese is melting, top with spinach and ricotta, season with spices. once cheese is melted and the tortilla is crisp, flip in half like a quesadilla.
the macros will vary based on the tortilla and cheese you use, with a low carb tortilla it comes out to:

i couldn't resist and ate half of it before taking a picture. i actually need to take a breather for a second because i am already getting full.
