Day 7 wheat free

Hi there, I have been wheat free for 7 days and is this normall to be having head achs (somthing I dont normaly suffer from) tiredness, lack of spark and deprestion, I dont know if the deprestion has something to do with the fact I was in high hopes with being a little lighter on the scales. Yip no weight loss? and yes I have been exercising and been good! I have been reading wheat belly book and have found that good. But what I have heard is that weight falls off you...and it should, Im not eating peanut butter sandwichs with marg and two bread, not eating bakery with my coffee so even just doing that you would think, wouldnt the weight come off?
Im not stopping, its just has anyone else found weight loss slow at the start?

    Hi,

A month ago, I was diagnose with Wheat, gluten, dairy and soy intolerence. I also stopped having caffeine. For the first few days, I did feel lethargic. I had headaches and withdrawal symptons. I also took probiotics and B group vitamins. Within 4 days, I felt much better. Within the week, I lost a kilo and found I had more energy to exercise. 4 weeks on between good food and lots of exercise, I have lost 6 kilos or 13 pounds.

I think that if you are still struggling, there must be something else in your food plan that may be throwing your body off balance. Add me if you wish. If I can, I will be happy to help wherever I can.
