How to log ChaLEAN Extreme

I have the HRM Polar FT4 but I want to know how to log in ChaLEAN Extreme if possible.

I logged the Burn Circuit as circuit training. I'm logging the Push Circuit as Weight Lifting and the Burn Intervals as Low Impact Aerobics. (At this time I am doing mostly modified versions of each exercise) I don't know if that is correct, I just think it's more important to log the calories burned for record keeping. You can keep notes on your log as well.

Yeah I want to add it in exercise journal but I tried few other thing to match what I done the ChaLEAN Extreme's but it doesnt match or close enuff to what my HRM said about my calories burned. It'll be nice this page maker can update the new exercises stuffs in it like products from Beachbody to make it easier for us. Oh well.0
