Felt faint...

Good evening everyone!
Just a quick question...today after my Insanity workout I was cooling down and drinking my water and all of a sudden my leg started shaking and I felt like fainting. I ate my calories, etc. and I drank 12 glasses of water so don't know what happened but I have never felt like that. If it wasn't for my husband I would have hit the floor. Ideas as to what caused it??????
Thanks!

What are you eating, what does you food dairy look like?0

Have a glass of chocolate milk after your workout.
Also, redo your calculation from the elite nutrition guide; make sure you're getting enough calories. It sounds like you're not eating enough.0 -
You didn't eat your excercise calories. If you ate 1,200 for the whole day, and burned 700, than your body is only left with 500 to live on. You burned a TON of calories, and didn't replace it.:flowerforyou:0

I went back only about a week on your food diary and you have been @700-2000 (!!!) calories under your goal every day not including the 500 calorie deficit MFP has already calculated into your base. You are literally starving yourself and not giving your body enough fuel to live on. That s why you feel faint. Either eat your exercise calories or cut back on the amount of exercise you are doing each day.0

Ok so everyone is telling me I am not eating enough calories...hmmm. When I did my BMR on MFP it told me to go on a 1686 calorie diet but through beachbody it told me 2100. I thought 1900 would be a happy medium so I changed my settings. I eat anywhere around 1700-1900 calories, trust me I am not the starve yourself kind :noway: . However I do burn anywhere from 1000-1500 calories daily so does that mean I have to increase my calories? To what? I honestly (with 1900) calories feel full enough but I wouldn't mind eating a little more, haha  Please advise.0

The beachbody formula doesn't require you to add exercise calories. So go ahead and start eating 2100 across the board and see how you feel. You might need to bump up on your higher calorie burn days but start at 2100.0

Yeah my friend told me to bump it up to 2500 since I burn a minimum of 1000 daily. So that should bring me to 1500. Thanks!!!0
