Restart!

Time to take this seriously! I have been trying to lose weight and get fit, but not really putting the effort in. But I start university in September and I'll be surrounded by fit young people, so I want to lose at least 2 stone long term,.. and have a toned tummy...having 4 kids will kind of mess with that. So from today I will fill in this diary, do my exercise, and lose that weight! And now it's it print I have to do it!
