I started exercising back in November last year and soon, a month later I guess, I saw a pretty large bruise develop on my tailbone/lower back :frown: . I mean, it isn't really bothering, and doesn't keep me from exercising as it doesn't hurt except if you poke it harshly but it... is quite erm... unattractive :grumble:
Has any one else ever had this issue? How long did it take to go away? And what did you do?

Hello, I have never had this problem though I can tell you what probably caused it, if you do crunches or any other activity where you use your back you must have a safety mat t protect your bones and such. I recommend going to the doctors and getting them to check it they are most likely to give you a x-ray and some cream. In future use a safety mat or an exercise ball to prevent this from happening and stretch afterwards.0

Thanks for the reply!
And I believe you are totally right, crunches are probably the culprit *sigh* oh well... I'll make sure to buy a mat as soon as I can and will go to the doctor if the issue doesn't clear... Thank you again :flowerforyou:0
