treadmill!

I'm currently walking on the treadmill 2 30 sessions a day i am at around 3.5 mph (i have a lot to lose so starting slow) am i ok to do this everyday as i really enjoy it and its a little me time as i have 2 young children i dont want to risk any injury but i am feeling so much better for it! i also do the squat challenge, sit ups reverse crunches and star jumps daily

any advice is great thank you

    log and eat the cals you earn

    drink water (8 glasses)

    keep doing what you are doing, in a few week go for a little bit longer and a few my core work. you are doing well, keep it up

    and good on you for changing your life

  • i try to eat back at least half of the calories i burn and make sure i drink 2litres of water at the minimum i wasnt sure whether to do longer or to start walking/jogging a bit faster
