Calorie Counters

Hi there, first post. Have been using MFP for a little over a week and I am adjusting pretty well with the calorie intake, although I am still learning and trying to sort some things out. As an excercise I have started doing some walking but I have a torn meniscus (for the second time in the same knee) so until I get it scoped I am limited to certain things. My question is does anybody have any knowlegde or opinion reqarding the calorie counters on MFP vs some of the apps that are out there. I am currently using Endomondo and I am getting a big variation of calories burned on the two different programs for the same excercises. I currently haven't been eating my excercise calories back (it's only been 200-300 per day and I am usually under my alotment before excercise so I am not using them to intake more). Any comments are welcome.
