I will be the first to admit that I'm extremely lazy when it comes to measuring my portions. I guesstimate like no other. However, today I decided to measure my cheerios, because hey, their serving size is a cup and at least that will be more than a serving of my Krave cereal.

Turns out that a cup is a lot more than what I've been putting in my bowl (thinking it was a cup, or even more). o:

This ever happen to you, where a serving size is more than what you thought it would be?

Also, cheerios are amazing. Om nom nom nom nom.

That's why you go by weight. You can't accurately measure cheetos in a cup either. Buy a scale!
  • 4 oz of meat is twice what I thought it was. It's not a deck of cards!

I do have one. I'm just lazy. 8D

@workavoidance: I know, right? I suppose they say that so at least you're underestimating instead of overestimating. When you can be exact, though, it's quite nice.
