I messed up /:

Cheat meal gone bad. Ended up binging, didn't know where to post for help so I came to this website. Current weight is 138 trying to get to 120. Ate atleast 6000 calories yesterday. Woke up this morning and I feel so ****** bad. I just wanna give up. I'm 5'8, male. Throughout the week I'm on a 500-1000 calorie deficit, and i have mma class and I usually play basketball or something on the days I don't. I feel so disgusted right now. Idk what to do ): help!

Just forget it happened and see a doctor about your apparent eating disorder and desire to be underweight and/or stop being a troll.

    Holy **** dude. STAHP.

I'm 5'9", and alrighty, I'm out of the ordinary but I'll be shocked if I ever see south of 200lbs. You do not need to lose any more weight. At all, ever, in any possible situation. If you get into the cage at that weight at that height, you will be completely destroyed.

I suggest you talk to a coach at your training center or a Doctor. 120 @ 5'8 is madness.

Dude...a male your height, 120 lbs.? Did you get cast as a victim in a concentration-camp documentary or are you aiming for a slab in the morgue? Seriously.

Are you trying to get a part in a movie as a meth or heroin junkie?

ask your doctor to weigh you and tell him you want to lose.

if you don't believe that you have an eating disorder then you've no reason not to.
  • This is a f*%#ing joke right? You are going to die unless you eat more. Many more binges will do you good if anything. I just find it really sick that people think being skin and bones should be the norm. I thought fit was the new skinny? What the heck.

I was fat for majority of my life, I had gynecomastia since a little kid, got surgery and then got serious about losing weight. I lost 70 lbs since September. I weighed 210. I'm gonna bulk up once I reach 120.

138 lbs....no way if you are in mma you need to gain some weight in muscle. NOT LOSE anymore..120 is way way too skinny and you are definately not going to have enough energy to fight anyone or even get up out of bed. think realistic and healthy please

Why bulk up at 120 kilos? Why not now or 20 lbs ago? You've probably lost a lot of muscles already.

I really think you need to speak to a doctor about this.

this is the wrong way to do it. your body has run out of fat and has started consuming muscle as energy. by the time you hit 120, you're body will likely be consuming your heart muscle. you'll weaken yourself for life. you might actually have a heart failure and die before you get to that weight.

that's why your body wanted that binge. your body is trying to save your life by doing that.

start eating. go to your doctor and get help.

Everybody knows that success in life is all about being perfect in all ways at all times. Every second of every minute of every day. Anything less is total failure forever and ever.

I would maybe talk to a doctor and tell him your goals and see what doctor thinks is best for you. I don't think you need to lose weight , but that's just my opinion ...so a iwould talk to a professional right away.

Brother, you might want to grab a few Subway sandwiches because you got anorexia. I'm 5'9 and sitting at 185, it ain't a bad thing. Hell, even medical science says a guy at our height needs to be 160-180 pounds.

Christian Bale was 110lbs to look like... that thing. Not much different to 120lbs.

It sounds like your body kicked in and took over it was great that you ate so much yesterday you needed to :) Its great that you've come here for help, and that's what you will get. Most posters here have pointed out you need to gain weight and consult a doctor, listen to them. Eating disorders come in all kinds and are both body and soul destroying, get yourself help asap the sooner you are treated the easier your recovery will be.

Okay so you binged and as most people have said your body must have been gagging for more food.

The only thing you are going to get aiming for 120lb target is a whole heap of health conditions. Osteoporosis is just one of them so if you don't want your bones to crumble, go and see a doctor for a medical and start putting on some weight the healthy way!

    I lost 70 lbs since September. I weighed 210.
You lost all that weight in 9 months and no lose skin. That's amazing.

You should sell the concoction or magic potion that you used to tighten the lose skin. You'll make a million bucks in less time than it took to lose the 70 lbs.

still feeling fat, so far below your bmi, is a symptom. you're seeing fat where there really is none.

i bet that you lower your goal weight every time you near it. because hitting your goal isn't enough. sound familiar?

if you don't seek help you'll die. life is precious. please seek help xx

Unfortunately you're right. Originally my goal was 160. Then it went 150-140-130 etc

The fact is that you ARE skinny. In fact, looking at your profile pic you're TOO skinny. Admittedly it's at a weird angle and there's only one pic, so you might look healthier in in reality, but you're still really skinny. You are definitely not fat. If anyone tells you you're fat they're being a troll, sarcastic or both.

It really sounds like you need to talk to a doctor and/or a psychologist. This really sounds like you have anorexia.
    Please seek professional help.

i'm not psychic, but i knew that. trust me on the rest?
you will never get the feeling you desire from losing weight.

You have an MMA class? So obviously you know a lil about the sport. At 5'7", GSP walks around at about 190lbs. He cuts to 170 for his weigh-ins - I adore my GSP, but he doesn't look good at the weigh ins. Once he's rehydrated on fight night, he goes back to looking his usual awesome self. That's what lean muscle looks like. MMA fighters, and even those of us who just like the sport, know that it's all about health. There's a reason why so few fighters go down weight classes, and why some move up a weight class and stay there. Either way, they do it over time.

Please see a health professional and talk to them about your body image issues.
