Wrokout for dummies

I got some dvds by the for dummies series and I have been doing that workout, it is basically exercises to strenghten your leg muscles, belly and arms.
They are great for me but I havnt got a clue as what to put them down in my diary, does someone have any tips ?

    I often put that kind of thing down as calisthenics, or use a heart rate monitor.
