This is the first month of my "new" lifestyle. In reality it's just a tweaking of an existing lifestyle. I have found that keeping a fit body in your mid 30s is a lot harder then it was in my mid to late 20s (obvious, I know). But with some running, exercising, and a little more control over my diet, I'm hoping to shave 20 lbs. and keep it off for good.
