The title says it all!!

I have been on this site for almost 1 year now and have lost 58lbs and have gone from this:

About 233 lbs and 5'5"

to this...

About 178 lbs and 5'5"

I still have 28 lbs to go to get down to a healthy weight range but I am getting closer everyday!

Now on to the NSV! I completed 3 different runs on every weekend this month!! I didn't set land speed records and they weren't huge distances but I did it! I got out there and was active every weekend! For a couch potato that is a huge victory!!

I did a 5k walk on the first weekend this month. (it actually ended up being a 10k because it was so close to home I walked there, did the walk and then walked home)

The second weekend I did a 50k bike ride for a fundraising event at work! This is the second time we have done a 50k bike ride and I had a a great time! I do it on a cruiser bike because I don't have a real racing bike so it makes it more difficult but so much more comfortable.

Here is a photo from the ride:

Yesterday, My friend and I did a Zombie infested 5k mud run! It was so much fun! I am so sore today and realized that I need to do more strength training but it was totally worth it! I made it 2/3's of the way with all my flags before the zombies "infected" me! I finished infected but you still get a cool medal!

Anyway, that was all just wanted to share! I'm off to go look up the dates for some mud runs! I am addicted now!

Awesome job! My family and I did a 5K last weekend. It was our second one, but this time we ran! Addicted now too and it feels great to be addicted to something that's good for me.
    Keep up the great work!
