lose a dress size fast! help needed! :D

hello everyone :)
my senior prom is on the 4th of july and i need to drop from a size 14 to 12 by then ( so around 1 and a half months)
would love some feed back!

i go to the school gym every wednes day for an hour and walk my dogs every day for about ten minutes and sometimes walk from school to home for about 40-50 mins and that's my exersise, i also have started to eat healthier since my fitness pal, and planning on going on a salad-for-lunch during week days at school. any more things i need to do??

    You never want to loose weight fast because it will come straight back on, some quick tips I find helpful would be.

    - No fizzy drinks at all, diet or not, none!
    - No Alcohol
    - Try having a Green Tea once a day at least.
    - Drinks lots off water.
    - Stay under your Calorie intake for the day (I aim for 200 under)
    - If possible, go for a 20-30min run (or jog) as often as possible (aim for 3 times a week)

    i'm not a fizzy drink drinker nor am i an alcohol drinker! :P
    my main goal is the jogging part!
