So I recently bought vanilla soy protein powder from vitamin world. It tastes super yummy! I know many of you probably have some great recipes and my attempt was a complete fail! Haha
My goal is to use my powder, unsweetened almond milk, applesauce?, banana if needed, cinnamon and vanilla.
I played around with measurements but I can't get them to flip.
Any advice would be lovely. Thank you!

Here is a recipe I've used for Soy Protein Pancakes:

This recipe makes about 3 servings.

    Ingredients-
1 Whole Egg (*2 egg whites or 1/4 C. Egg Beaters)
1/4 C. Fat Free Cottage Cheese
1/4 C. Old Fashioned Oatmeal (powdered in blender if prefered)
    1 Tbsp. Soy Protein Powder
Vanilla or Maple Extract to Taste
    Ground Cinnamon to Taste
    Water

    Directions-
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until it forms a batter like consistancy.

Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray & cook batter into 3 pancakes.

These taste great! You can double or triple the recipe, make the pancakes and freeze them for a quick breakfast that you can pop into the microwave! :)
