Well I did good and got my fiber through the roof which I am very happy about. With some working around I got my protein up, but in the process I have my carbs 5 over, My fats 17gr under and my calories are 255 under. I'm not sure what to do to make up my calorie deficit for the day, without letting my carbs get totally out of control. HELP!!!!

For me, I've decided not to let the numbers regarding carbs, proteins, etc. get to me as long as they aren't too far from the "normal" range. Example if my protein is 5 under or over - no sweat. I know I'm eating healthy and your diary looks same. I watch my calories for the day - sometimes I'm near my goal and sometimes I'm under. I try to concentrate on the whole picture and not let the little things, like getting all the numbers perfect, distract me. I'm feeling great, loosing weight and inches. I'm trying not to make eating healthy turn into rocket science with this TDEE, BMI, etc. stuff. Hope this helps.

You've got room in your fat and a little over on your protein. You could easily scarf a handful of nuts and be pretty much at your calorie goal and a bit over on protein which isn't that big of a deal unless you're WAY over, but you're not. You're nice and close on everything. I have the same troubles! LOL

It's a balancing act, but if you're more concerned about one area than another focus more on that. Plus it depends a lot on where your carbs or fat are coming from as to whether you should be too concerned if you're over. There are good and bad for both of course. More of the good, is not such a big deal to go over I've come to see around as I gather info (I'm one of those "MUST KNOW" people)

Personally, I track calories, fiber, iron, calcium, vit A, and vit C and don't worry about the rest. It makes me feel more sane :) No one can agree on what percentages to use for carb/fat/protein anyway.

I'd go more by your weekly chart and not worry so much about day to day.
Somehow it usually evens out for me if I don't worry about being over
or short on calories or carbs or protein each day.
