BEST SNACK ?

The best snack and it fends off hunger whilst giving you some protein is 25g almonds and 30g pumpkin seeds totalling 320 calories. For me it beats, for example, a sandwich at times because it seems to keep me less hungry. And we all know one sandwich is eaten quickly whilst even though the almonds and pumpkin snack does not seem much physically when you look at it, it takes a while to eat with lots of chewing.

What is the best snack for you ?
