Ok so i've been pretty accountable measuring foods and watching calorie intake the past month and it has worked and thankful to this site I have finally got to that stage where I can enjoy the sweet food I suppose moderately, that being said i'm not always sure how to be accountable for this and I've realised I need to be so i'm positive that i am staying within my goals
for example friends came over last night pack of haribo was opened up and had a few, i was reading the intake on the back and it has it had per20g or per 100 which is really the bag, i'm just wondering how much approx is 20g....would it be the guts of wenty sweets?...I know this may seem like a miniscule, silly question but its these little changes I think that will make a big difference to me loosing the last few lbs and toning up my body shape.
Any advice muchly appreciated.

20 grams would be roughly 1/5th of the bag. Try looking it up in the database. I see one entry that lists 17 gummi bears as 39 grams.0

You can always put your serving size into the data base at .20, which is 1/5 of the bag if it's 100 grams. I'm constantly eating more or less of a foods serving size and putting in decimal amounts to calculate the fraction of the food I'm eating.
The worst thing you can do is not add them in some form, even if you have to create the food and serving size yourself. A few of this and a few of that can add up to hundreds of calories. I even add my Costco samples to my diary! I've decided that if I'm in, I'm in 100% and everything is recorded, no matter what! Good luck!0 -

Thank you! ...makes sense and yea i'm with you on that, i've noticed changes since I've really started being accountable compared to when i joined first especially regarding any sweet intake.0
