    Sunshine. Get out in it.

    100% natural Vitamin D

If only it were that simple...

No kidding. I have Vitamin D deficiency AND extreme photosensitivity (due to Lupus), so I can't just "get out into the sun"...

And yeah, vitamin deficiencies can be a major cause of mental health issues. It's disturbing how rarely they are tested for when trying to rule out non-psychological causes of depression, anxiety, etc. Even when someone's mental health problems are not nutrition or other illness based deficiencies can make them worse.

True. Get yourself tested before you start taking any supplements.

    Hi OP,

I was diagnosed as B12 deficient last year - my body doesn't absorb it, regardless of the amount I eat!!

Been on B12 injections every 12 weeks and wow do I feel different!! Before, I was constantly tired and lethargic, now I'm a lot more spritely! I can tell when my injection is due as I get a bit airhead-ish & forgetful!

It's helped me get more motivated now as I actually have the energy to workout!!
