Considering plastic surgery in a foreign county

Hi....Before you respond and tell me I am crazy, I really want to hear from those who have had it done. I had gastric bypass surgery almost 10 years ago. I have never once regretted the surgery, it literally saved my life and got me on the path to good health. My weight loss then was extreme.....and since that time I have really struggled with the flabby skin I carry, especially around arms, and also that spare time. I hate it when kids or stangers make comments about the bat wings. I can't wear short sleeves. I can't wear a swimsuit, because I look so odd in one. This has caused me a depression, that almost made me regain weight, until I came to my senses and got the weight back off. Now I am revisiting the idea of surgery again. I do have my husband's support. I think it will be what I need in order to restore my self esteem and motivate me to keep this weight off for life. I do have options to do this close to home, but the cost is astronomical, and I really don't want to sacrifice my family's finances. Have any of you been in my shoes? Did you travel outside the US to do this? Please share your story. Reply or message me. I appreciate the feedback.
