Headaches (Artificial Sweeteners)

Does this happen to anyone else? Everytime I drink diet soda or eat fruit gum, I get really bad migraines. I heard that this is because of the artificial sweeteners in it, and I have a sensitivity to it. But it makes it difficult for me to "try" to be healthy, especially with soda. I only drink regualr sodas because I get sick when I drink diet. Can I change this somehow?

Easy fix. Drink water. Stop drinking soda all together. It's terrible for you.0

I rarely drink sodas (maybe one every 2 weeks - if that). I noticed that I was getting a headache/migraine almost every time I had a diet soda that contained aspartame though. Now I only drink either regular soft drinks or diet ones sweetened with splenda. You also have to be careful when it comes to yogurts - many of those contain aspartame too.0
