hi im new

howdy i am new i just wanted some help.
I am a mum of 2 before my 2 sons i have always been a size 6 trimmed and tone. After my first son i gained alot to the point i was a size 16. I tried everything to loose the weight but didn't happen so i had liposuction everywhere. I was a size 8 after surgery now i am size 10/12. My main issue tho is my belly it is still round and i look about 3 months pregnant but slim everywhere else.
When my first son was born the muscles in my stomach have torn so much so it will be hard to tone (thats what i got told) my whole body is like jelly i just want them to be firm again. I don't expect to be a size 6 but just want some firmness and my stomach to be flat. I went to a gym once and i told him about the torn muscles he said it is not good to do sit up or yoga etc because it will actually make my stomach muscles rip even more. What do i do ? because i want it gone.
I have been eating healthier and have cut out all soft drinks so i only drink water now. I powerwalked for 1 hour straight yesterday and did 15 leg workouts 10 mins of jogging and 10 mins of random dancing today.
if i continue to power walk and jog etc everyday plus drinking water and eating healthier will these help me tone up and lose some belly fat?
Sorry im so new to this healthier lifestyle everything is new to me

    Welcome
It sounds like that is a great start. Log here, and you'll see the surprises in the eating habits that are more calories then you really think, and it will help the mind say "ah"

My belly is my hardest part too

Also, I recommend googling Diastasis or Tuplar technique. I can tell you a little more about it, but its some 'easy exercises' that can help bring the muscles together if that is truly an issue again.

Happy Mothers day! I have a 3 and 5 year old myself

Feel free to friend me if you'd like
