I need some MyFitnessPal's to keep me accountable.

Hello people out there. I was wondering if anyone wants to be my friend. For the past year my motivation has been.. wobbly at best. I tell myself I'll eat right, wake up early and get that workout in; but more often then not, I do the opposite. My willpower feels drained and I would like some folks on my *kitten* to help me stay motivated.
At my most "zoned in" I was eatting home cooked meals exclusively. I would try and keep the carb count under 40 and eat lots of protien and healthy fats. My workout was a mix of circuit training and bodyweight stuff (p90x, insanity). Lately I've been growing more and more inconsistent and its really messing with my chill. Not doing what I need to, or what I say I'm going to do feeds on my resolve and self-confidence. After a while, I find myself in some sort of depression... just a soup of inactivity, negative thoughts, and baked goods.
Anyways, I'm back on the grind. I got a 50lb kettlebell that is absolutely no joke, but three weeks later and I feel like Goku. So, will someone take a 12 week journey with me.
