Worried this is effecting my weightloss?

I've been eating well, and exercising for at least two hours each night, and burning around 300-400 cal with each round.
But i sit for long periods of time each day, and dont get very active. even though i exercise at night, will it effect my weightloss?

I work on computers for a living so I know where you are coming from.
From what I have gathered you are doing the right things, just be sure to go through the standard checklist.
Make sure your BMR is correct.
Make sure your TDEE is also correct.
Drink lots of water.
Try to eat your nutrients properly(plenty of low calorie recipes/diets for illness and disaster.)
Plenty of rest/sleep.
Measure your food portions accurately...consider getting kitchen scales.
and remember to be patient and realistic.
