Tracking P90X Training

I was wondering if anyone knew how to input exercise for P90X? I tried putting each one in individually but (a) I forget how many of which there is and (b) it is painfully slow and not to forget (c) it doesn't show any calories burned. I have no idea how many calories I'm burning so I can't even enter a substitute (like calisthenics or something).

I've seen on some of the other boards that many of you have also done P90X - - any advice for tracking on this program for a newbie?
