Anyone have knock knees??

I've been told I had them and did some chiropractic stuff like 7 years ago ( I don't really remember it TBH ) and had these exercises that I never did but was supposed to.

But honestly my knees are the main part that hurts and they have pretty much kept me from working out for so long!

Does anyone have experience with knock knees / chronic sore knees and does anyone know any exercises that are helpful? Or things to do to help the pain or strengthen them up at all?

Thanks!

    As in valgus knees?

I don't have them, and it's hard to be 100% sure without actually seeing you and how you move, but I would give the following a go, providing you can do the movements correctly and without pain.

Firstly it's likely that you're quad dominant, so work on strengthening the glutes and hamstrings, with things like hip thrusts, Romanian deadlifts, glute ham raises etc..

Roll out (plus tennis ball, lacrosse ball etc) all around the hips, quads, inner and outer thighs, glutes and calves.

Monster walks - that's an exercise, not a 500 mile walk!

Banded squats, put an exercise band around your legs, just above the knee, work on squatting keeping pressure against the band.

If any of the above is not clear, either have a look on google, or post back here. If any of it causes pain, stop.
Hope at least some of this helps you.
