Weight loss suppliments/herbs

Has anyone tried the green coffee or Garcinia Cambogia? Has it worked for anyone? Even if not for weight loss did it give you more energy?

    Weight loss doesn't come in a pill. While green tea has antioxidants, it won't help you lose weight.

    What works is getting good solid cardio. When you get to a 35-45 minutes of heart pumping activity like running, swimming, motocross, tennis or biking, the endorphins will become your energy. Until then, I recommended a good cup of strong coffee.

    At this point it is more about the energy. The weight loss aspect would be nice but don't have high expectations for it. Coffee/espresso make me sick. Even my Adderall makes me sick but still feel drained. I'm looking into herbal stuff to hopefully give me a boost without negative side effects. I've had blood work done and my nutrition levels are fine finally but still struggling energy wise.
