Right here goes my rant.
I am one of these people that never ever seems to stick at anything. I love my fitness pal because I see everyone doing so well. Just a quick message for u guys that are doing amazingly. Go you!!
Anyway I have been logging in on and off for months but I have just had that moment of awakening, I am over weight.
I go on holiday in 7 weeks. I need to lose some weigh and just generally sort myself out. I have a 3 year old so classes and gym are so off the cards. I have several DVDs and over these 7 weeks will do these on rotation.
- Banish fat, boost metabolism.
- Now that's what I call fitness.
- Pump it up, burn it lose it. x2 2010 and 2006
I do walk to nursery, work and home, which overall is about 6 miles. 3 days a week.
So my issue is I need people to actually push me on a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to work out.
My diet sucks some serious *kitten*, any food advice welcome, and friend requests welcome.
I just generally need some help. Please :flowerforyou:
Any new friends would be fab.

Yu can do this. Keep to your plan. I find that weighing myself every day stops me from shoving things in my mouth as I will have to face the scale in the morning. I have to NOT get mad at a 2-3 lbs overnight increase if I have kept on track as this happens but it is water weight and will go away in a few days. I put in my weight, food and exercise in MFP. I do slip up (lately it has been too often) but... I get right back on track and STOP myself. I have put on a few lbs in last month as I have been maintaining for 10 months and find this hard. I have a new motivation and will get back to my "fighting weight"!!
Nothing tasted as good as feeling thin!!!0
