Greetings,
I have logged in to MFP for 300+ days (yay!) and lost more than 30 pounds (yay again!). However, as spring has sprung, I find myself inching up as I do my weekly weigh in. I am suspecting a stall and perhaps a comfort level that comes from routine. Also, I tend to eat more on the weekends, sometimes too much, and then settle in for the weekdays. I get enough exercise, walk, bike, and some running.
I guess I am just venting and welcome any suggestions.
Thank you,
Richard
