Hi All

Been gone far too long,so just starting over with a new account and new motivation.

I spent years as a single mom to 4 kids, and the weight just kept creeping up.
High was 235, had gotten to 179 and plan to be back there....as it felt SOOOO good!

I did very well for a while, but got extremely sick with months of recovery and just never could get back in my good habits, and the weight has kept creeping up since....and I do not like it!

I got married a few months ago. I am really feeling the effects of the weight now, because we have TONS of projects to do....to remodel his house, and get mine ready for sale...so that we can finally move us all in to one house....and one set of bills.

Well..tough to get much done when eating bad and your energy level is ZERO, or out of breath going up and down the stairs!

So here I am...determined to change things.

My goal is monitoring calories and trying to eat better with those calories.

My workouts for the next couple months...will be simply making a determined effort to get more projects done towards our goals and moving etc. I want to make this my motivation to eat better and push myself to do more and end up with it all done sooner but also a better body and health by the time I am done as well!!

So would love some friends for this journey who wont mind my non traditional "workout" logging. Gym probably wont come in to play for the first couple months...

I know that bothers some people..so just being upfront...as I am only logging to be honest with myself, and motivation...not to be able to eat more and not lose weight....

Would love some supportive friends for this journey if any one is interested!!!
