Egg - Hard Boiled Egg White Only, 3 egg 51 1 0 11 1 0
Generic - Chicken Breast Grilled, 3.5 oz 164 2 2 20 0 0
Generic - Broccoli - Steamed, 1/2 cup 22 4 0 2 0 2
Total: 237 7 2 33 1 2
This was my lunch for today. Simple and easy and very rich in protein and low in Fat for those of you who like to work out a lot. It is something that is easy to prepare and take with you to work the next day if you choose to do so. If you mush have carbs to feel full, add a slice of a whole wheat bread which will add about 70 cal and bring your total to 307 calories.
