Im new too.

I just joined today. Ive already lost 13 pounds due to dieting and excersie. unfornountly i hurt my back and havnt been able to exercise for 3days and already gained a pund back. any suggestion would be greatly appreciated to keep it off while not being able to do anything is greatly appreacited. th jcbgsanks

    Hi, JC, Try some modified arm and leg exercises while seated or lying down. Senior know about this. Not as good as your normal routine, but any movement that you can do is good and helps maintain strength and stamina.

    Browse through the various groups here for ideas about different food or exercise plans, or for friends in your area or who have similar challenges. Good luck!
