30 day crunch AND squat challenge!

Hi everyone :-)

ok so i'm a little late on hoping on these 30 day challenge wagons! I've completed Jillian Michaels 30 day shred so I have completed a 30 day challenge so I'm up for another one!

Can see some definition in my abs but want more and I have quite big wobbly legs so I want to do the squat challenge!

    im in, sounds quality, i might add press-ups to mine though

    I am awful at press ups! I came acroos one with planks also, I have no upper body strength at all :-( this is gonna be hard!

    Im about a third of the way through doing both, im enjoying it!

    Only frustrating thing is having to set aside more and more time each day - it takes time to do 120 GOOD squats!
