Hips & Butt Fat Loss Plateau

Hello everyone,

I am 23, french college student and I need some tips to break my fat loss plateau.
I have weighed up to 60kg/132lbs for 1m63/5ft34.Today I am weighing 54kg and I didn't grow up! I have lost that weight with better eating habits without counting calories.

My goal is to weigh 50kg but more than that I am trying to lost fat on my hips and butt.

I have begin last september to work out everyday (20 to 30 minutes) with Zuzka Light and her ZWOWs workouts. It really fits me well and I'm enjoying doing them. Thanks to these workouts I have beautiful arms, back and shoulders muscles + a rather flat stomach. I love my beautiful calves and muscular thighs.

My problem is : Butt and Hips ! I can't seem to lose them and it is not the curvy type. It's a fat pocket fracturing my silouhette/figure (legs length) and it's bothering me so much.

Did some of you experienced that ? Even if you did not, do you have any recommendations, tips, anything ?
Thanks in advance !
Yna

Hi. I am a pear so my aim like yours is to reduce my hips and butt (but also my thighs). I currently weight 56kgs and aim to weigh 50kgs by the time I am done. I started my fitness journey with 30 Day shred with not very significant results, but I have now moved on to Insanity and I am on my second week. I am thinking of adding either the butt bible or Brazilian Butt lift to perhaps aid the slimming in my lower half. I am interested in finding out what will work for you.

Unfortunately, you cannot spot reduce. The fat will come off from the areas it WANTS to come off from, you have no say in it (your genetics do).

    Thank you guys !
Actually i've been browsing the message boards since this subject is kind of obsessing me lately and I've discovered this post : http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/931670-bmr-and-tdee-explained-for-those-needing-a-guide
It seems clear : I DON'T EAT ENOUGH. I'm starving my body and that's why it's storing fat...
I am going to try eating more (intelligently) and see what the results are.
