Trying to get it in gear!!

I have been around for a while but not really active like I should be. I joined the gym, going 3 days a week. I will increase this I just did t want to burn myself out. Gotta get my eating under control. Not really how much I eat its the choices I make.

Well, for someone who's only approached this half-heartedly, you've been doing very well! To be down 18 pounds is great! I know that I can be my own worst enemy. Yesterday I was at Costco looking at their protein bars. There's nothing wrong with protein bars; it's just that I know that something like that is a real trigger for me to overeat. If I have one of those "healthy" bars, I know by now that I'll have more another, or maybe even more. So I didn't buy any. There a number of things I simply can not have. Also about exercise; I really want those extra calories so I exercise at 6am most mornings before I go to work. Today I don't work but I will be going to a spin class in about 10 minutes. Reluctantly, I admit, although I know I'll feel great a few minutes into it. I also find that going on this daily, logging my intake and reading how others are doing really keeps me motivated.0
