Im Jill 21 years old and live in the Philippines. for the 4 hours spent searching for weight loss stuff in the net and searching for motivations on losing weight and was inspired by the Lead singer from Fall Out boys who lost a lot of lbs. I've decided to do the same. I would love to know how people lost every pound here in myfitnesspal. I am now desperate to loss weight unlike before with a lot of excuses. I would also like to ask for any suggestion on Filipino diet plans??
