Need help with a workout regime. Anyone??

Hi my fellow MFP's I really need your help.

I am new to this exercise daily routine and need some assistance in organizing a weekly routine so that I stay on track. I'm currently doing C25K on Mon., Wed. and Fri. Im repeating Week 1 again :-/

I have 2 work out DVD's Jillian Michaels biggest Loser Last chance workout & Jillian Michaels 30 Day Extreme Shred and shed (havent started this yet)

Any advice on how I should set up a schedule? I want to feel like I really burned some calories. I need to invest in HRM..

    I work out 6 days a week, take Sundays off. I would keep the C25K on M-W-F then do the last chance on Saturday, do the extreme shred on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

    What she said ;o) I found myself not using the DVD's or Wii, so do what you will do you know? I started using an app called sworkit on my off days. I feel like pushing a button on my phone is so easy I have no excuse. I can do it while my kids watch tv.
