Anyone have success following 80-10-10?

Just wondering! Primal/paleo doesn't work for me, I can't eat lactose produccts, but I LOVE fruit and salads so I was considering adopting this lifestyle. Thanks!

    That's a lot of chewing of greens just to keep everything else in line.......doesn't make much sense, especially in a deficit where muscle atrophy is real and threatening.

    why not 40-40-20? or just count calories and adjust macros based on how you feel?

    paleo doesn't include lactose products....

    I know, I was just saying that lactose is a no-no for me anyway. I have slow digestion so eating meat makes me feel really heavy and lethargic unless its fish.
