Soooo Im going to vent here for a moment. So about a week and a half ago, I get hit with allergies and I threw out my back, so it took me out of working out/running/ and doing not much of anything. Although I haven't been hungry, and having really been keeping track much of my food, I have lost more weight NOT trying, then I did WITH trying..>ARGHHHHHHHH< But Im not going to complain completely, because it is a loss. But STILL! I have yet to get back into the grind, because as of yesterday, I just started to feel better. So I am just like thinking to myself, WTH? Anyone else have this happen? I mean for sure I am eating less, which probably has something to do with it. But I can't believe that I would lose muscle weight or something that quick? I am hoping to keep up with the food intake the same, and hope that it continues, but I know I need to get back into the grind really soon.
Has this anyone else had this happen as well? Just out of curiosity??
