anyone tried or heard of Vevazz?

Hello everyone,
A friend recently suggested trying Vevazz to me. It's a cold laser therapy that is supposed to help eliminate cellulite. When I have lost weight before I never had problems with my waist and my arms toned rather easily but my butt and "saddlebags" won't go away. Even when I was at a healthy weight (130 lbs.) my waist was a dainty 23 inches but my hips were over 40 inches.
I have been trying to research this Vevazz but I'm not finding too much information. If anyone has experience or knows anything about it I would love the input. Thanks
