Help with Breaking Through Plateau Please!!!

Hey all,
So I've lost a total of 50 pounds in the last year and a half but I've been on a serious plateau for the last 3 months. It's become really frustrating!

I try to workout about 8 times a week (Zumba, kickboxing, strength training and running) and burn about 3100 calories (according to an HRM) between all those workouts. My heart has become so much stronger in the last 1.5 years so I'm not burning as many calories as I would have doing this regimen a year ago. Anyways, I still have 40 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight of about 160 (may have to adjust this to 165 eventually because of the amount of muscle I've put on).

So my question is, I've been eating about 1800 calories a day for the last 2 months and have only lost like 2 pounds despite working out and eating well. I know there are places for improvement in my eating but I eat lots of protein, stick to my calories and drink tons of water. Is 1800 calories a day enough or should I be eating more? Or should I be eating less?

Here are my stats:
Sex: Female
Height: 5' 5"
CW: 202
Body Fat %: About 37
Activity level: Desk job but like I said, I do 6 to 8 hard workouts a week

Can a few of you run the numbers and just double check my calculations and see what you come up with for what my daily calorie intake should be? I'm really hesitant to eat more calories just because I am scared I'll gain back pounds. But if that's what is going to kick start my weight loss again, I'll try it. Just really frustrated at this point! I'd love to get back to losing 2 lbs a week but at this point I'd take even 1 lb a week just so I can see some progress on the scale!

Thanx in advance for your help!
