This may have been asked before but the search for HRM yields piles of results.

Does it matter if the HRM piece that goes around your chest is upside down? I noticed yesterday I had the logo upside down and it was reading my heart rate sporadically from 155 to 85 bpm. It normally does not do that. It could be it needs a new battery too but it's frustrating that sometimes it wigs out and does that.

The only thing I noticed was that it was upside to where I could read the logo if I looked down at it rather than it being right side up relative to the ground.
