Do you need an off day from working out?

To see results do you need to let body recuperate a day a week?

    If you're lifting you need rest days. If you're only doing light cardio then rest days are not required.

    i just roate the muscle groups im working, and like bigguy said, you dont need to take a day off from cardio, unless you want to!
