Under goals, click custom and choose what you want.

unfortunately the macros have to "add" up. I want my macros to be 120 f 120 p 25 c 1750 calls...it won't let me change it to that. any suggestions on how to really customize?

    Those macros don't fit that calorie goal: 120 f+120 p+25 c=1080+480+100=1660 calories

You could get close to those macros by changing to 1660 calories and setting them at 65% fat, 30% protein, and 5% carbs, which would make them 120 g fat, 125 g protein, and 21 g carbs.

Or you could keep the same ratio at 1750 and get 126 g fat, 131 g protein, and 22 g protein.

Or if you go 60-30-10 at the higher calorie level you get: 117 g fat, 131 g protein, and 44 g carbs.

There's supposed to be a way to override this and set exact gram numbers (although they will still have to add up), but I don't know it--I tend to aim for a range anyway, so don't need mine to be exact.

There's good advice on this in the Eat, Train, Progress forum.
