Okay, so I want to start doing some arm exercises at home, in addition to my dieting and walking/c25k start.

I vaguely recall doing arm exercises a few years back at the gym, but absolutely don't know the specifics. How to start?

Is a balance ball better for doing these, than doing them standing? It intrigues me.
