Okay, so I want to start doing some arm exercises at home, in addition to my dieting and walking/c25k start.
I vaguely recall doing arm exercises a few years back at the gym, but absolutely don't know the specifics. How to start?
Is a balance ball better for doing these, than doing them standing? It intrigues me.

Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred includes some really good arm exercises with weights.
Also, Davina McCall's 30 Minute Workouts have some.
If you type in Google 'arm exercises', you might find something. I usually go to google images first to see if I can teach myself through there.0 -

The stability ball works really well for a core workout while doing other things. You can use it to replace your computer chair or while watching tv, for a bit of "extra" workout in the day.0
