Sugar Limits

I wanted to ask why is the sugar amount so low on myfitnesspal. I almost always go over my sugar even if it is healthy sugar such as from fruits and natural food. I just want to know how do others view this is is the sugar amount a realistic one when eating natural healthy sugars?
BTW I have struggled with trying to fight a sugar addiction for a long time and still struggle with it so I know that at times my sugar intake is from horrible things. I just want to know if I should be watching my healthy sugar intake as well since 30g seems to be comeplete by two or so servings of fruit and I dont find this at all accurate.

Unless you're diabetic I wouldn't worry too much about natural sugars (found in fruit, dairy, vegetables, etc). I could easily go above the limit for sugar by the time lunch rolls around if I eat a yogurt and some fruit.0

I don't track my sugar .... changed setting to track fiber instead ....0
