Veggies, fruit & dairy

Is there any where on the site where I can keep track of veggies, fruit & dairy products. I realize I can set up my own chart, but I am lazy and would rather just mark the chart on the MFP site. LOL.
I really think it is important to consume the recommended veggie, fruit, & dairy.
Thanks!!

Not sure what you are after,Ii just bung them all in my daily food diary

Or are you looking to have say weekly record of how many apples, grammes of cauliflower, carrots, peas, oranges etc you have eaten?

If you are talking about keeping track of servings per day, no there really isn't a place to track that, so you'll have to do it on your own.

I'm not sure I am understanding what you are trying to do, but if you wanted to track veggies, fruit, and dairy you could change your meal titles and add those categories. This would only work if you didn't care what time of day you ate them. (I do this to monitor my snacks, no matter when I eat them they go in "snacks")

if you click on goals you can manually change some levels. I just did that tonight after realising the protein was the wrong amount for me.
it is annoying though cause i tried to change other things but it won't let me change some % of things with out automatically changing others .but i did change the fibre to a higher level, sodium and the protein .
have you checked what levels you need you'res to be.

are you meaning just the amount of fruit and veg you are eating or the nutrients from them.
