How is your actvity level set? If it's sedentary, bump it up to active for Saturday, and then back down the rest of the week.

Or, what I would do is just take note of the calorie increase an active setting gives you over sednetary, and then move back to sedentary and just keep that in consideration on Saturday. Because, I wouldn't call it exercise....you are more active and burning more calories.
  • If you have the money i would invest in a fitbit (or something similar). I love it and it adjusts my calorie allowance daily based on how much i walk. On a good day i burn up to 500 extra calories just with my activity!

Thank you very much ... i checked there is a diff of almost 400 calories between sedentary and active so i would just add 300 calories as exercise on saturdays (i prefer to under count my calories burnt)

Honestly, don't over think it. I think people get to caught up in the numbers and focus too much on that.
